Policy.
Plain language. No surprises.

Lampkeeper Studio is a small, independently run studio. This policy explains plainly what information is collected when you use this site, how it’s used, and what it isn’t used for.
What's collected and why
Contact form submissions. When you fill out the contact or intake form, your name, email address, organization name, and message are collected. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and to scope a project if we move forward. It isn’t shared with anyone else, sold, or used for marketing you didn’t ask for.
Chat sessions. The FAQ chatbot on this site processes your typed or spoken questions to generate a response from the site’s FAQ content. Conversation history exists only for your current browser session and is cleared automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity or when you close the tab. Nothing from your chat session is stored, transmitted to a third party, or retained after the session ends.
Analytics. This site uses Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first tool that collects no personal data, sets no cookies, and is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. Plausible shows aggregate data about page visits (which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive) without identifying any individual visitor. No IP addresses are stored. No tracking across other sites. If you’d like to read Plausible’s own data policy, it’s at plausible.io/data-policy.
Payments. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. When you pay a deposit or subscribe to a care plan, your card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure environment — Lampkeeper Studio never sees or stores your card number. Stripe’s privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
Email. If you receive email from this studio, it’s sent from a professional address at lampkeeperstudio.com via Google Workspace. Replies go to that same inbox and are used only for the conversation they’re part of.
What isn't collected
- No advertising cookies or tracking pixels
- No social media trackers
- No data sold or shared with advertisers
- No behavioral profiling
Data retention
Contact form inquiries are kept for as long as the project relationship is active, and up to two years after the last contact. If you’d like your inquiry deleted sooner, send a note and it will be removed within seven days.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information held about you. Send a note to the contact address on this site and a response will follow within seven days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, a note will be added to the Journal. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
