Lampkeeper Studio is a small studio that builds clear websites, focused apps, and ministry content tools — and then keeps them well-kept. Most of the work is for small organizations doing quiet good: churches, nonprofits, faith-rooted projects, and solo founders.
The name comes from an old job. A lampkeeper didn’t make the light. They tended it — trimmed the wick, cleaned the glass, kept the flame steady so people on the road could see their way. That’s how I think about websites. The vision is yours. My job is to make it clear, and then to keep it lit.
I work mostly with people of faith and people building things in service of others — churches, nonprofits, and solo founders. Whether it’s a site, a tool, or the content that carries a sermon forward, the goal is the same: make it clear, and keep it lit.

How it works after launch
Most clients stay on a care plan — not because they have to, but because it means they never have to think about hosting, updates, or what broke and why. I manage everything: the technical layer, the security, the small fixes, the quarterly improvements. Your job is the ministry, the mission, or the work. Mine is keeping the site lit.
If you ever want full ownership of the codebase — to self-host or manage it yourself — that option is available for a one-time $600 transfer fee. You get the full code, help setting up hosting, and a recorded walkthrough of the project. After that, everything is yours to manage. Most clients find the care plan is easier.

I kept meeting pastors, nonprofit leaders, and solo founders who had something real to say and no clear way to say it online. I care about getting the details right, telling you the truth about what something costs and how long it’ll take, and sticking around after launch instead of disappearing.
